We manage VvEs in Amsterdam. We work according to the same philosophy as our property management: with a quick response and a personal approach. This works well with VvEs up to approximately 20 apartments.

• Membership administration & information
• Administration of debtors & creditors
• Financial administration including annual financial reports
• Archiving
• Handling insurance claims

Members & board

• Organizing annual meetings of members
• Advising boards & committees
• Contact person for members & board

Technical management

• Daily maintenance, such as repairs
• Maintenance planning
• Coordination of maintenance works
